Who invented it?
The recipe for spaghetti al foil is a cult of the Amalfi Coast cuisine. The double cooking, with the passage from the pot, when still al dente, to the oven, wrapped in parchment paper, distinguishes the uniqueness of the dish invented by Salvatore Cavaliere in 1965, and has become the backbone of the restaurant “Ciccio Cielo Mare Terra”, brother Ciccio.
